Hello! I am Chenxi Qian.
I am a physical chemist, biophysicist, neuroscientist and cancer researcher.
Following my early work on a more environmentally-friendly fluorescent quantum dot, I developed a low-cost carbon dioxide reduction catalyst in Toronto, designed a high-capacity high-CE lithium ion battery anode at Stanford, and invented a super-resolution label-free tissue imaging method at Caltech.
Now I'm working with clinicians to develop diagnosis and treatment tools for cancer patients.
While not in the office or the lab, I travel, take photos and occasionally write blogs. I try to squeeze books and cinema in my busy schedule, which is getting more difficult these days.
